LONDON GYPSY JAZZ BAND HIRE

The GYPSY JAZZ MACHINE  were born at the beginning of 2013 in London from an idea of the double bass player Fabio who had a passion for modern manuche – gypsy – Jazz.
Luckily he met the other two and they start re-arranging songs, new and old, (no matter which genre they came from) bringing them back to life with a very personal interpretation in a swing and gypsy jazz style. They also started to write their own tunes enjoying themselves a lot, gelling together musically and personally.
After recording a short demo, they traveled around various Italian cities, playing at international festivals, such as “Umbria Jazz Festival” in Perugia, “Pistoia Blues” and “Beckhenham word Festival”; also a short tour in Berlin where they achieved considerable success.
After that, they started to work with few UK agencies and play for some important corporate events like the Bentley anniversary and well-known fashion events, very active also in the Cambridge scene they monthly performed at the classy CLUB 12/a; the list carries on with some London venues like The Jamboree, The Wiltons, The green note to mention a few.
