The Mariachi Doritos are back for another summer campaign and the popularity shows no sign of slowing.

The Doritos band are busier than ever before ( numerous performances, guests on TV shows etc) and an interesting knock on effect is happening to the latin music scene. We have been getting more and more requests for latin/ mariachi acts. Many musicians out there have been asking to get in on the act. So what makes this genre so popular? Answer: Great musicianship to start with, pop songs that people know seems to really help… oh and a massive marketing budget from Doritos does make a difference.
